Our latest game (or more like my torture session and his fun) is during mealtime. During every bite BEFORE the food gets to his mouth he tries to grab the spoon and do it himself. If I let him try the food doesnt make it to the mouth since he thinks its funny to just toss the spoon WITH mush food on the floor then look down at it. When I hold the spoon tight and we wrestle it as I hold my breath that the food will not slip off, he laughs hysterically at my antics. So, now I have a new strategy to restrain his left arm (the one that does the grabbing, lefty anyone???) and quickly shove the food in. Alternating flavors seems to distract him too.
Today was his buddy Pierce's 1st birthday. After a day up at Zoom's we went over his house for about an hour to play. Pierce has more toys than ToysRUS. Luca sucked on nearly everything and gave it his approval. There was a wooden puzzle with nobs on each piece. good for sucking. Also he liked Pierce's hairbrush, a big bird, their drink coasters off the coffee table, etc.
